Room in a Shared House, Vicarage Road, E10

Large, bright double room in shared house, close to Leyton Tube station and Leyton Midland Rd Overground.

The room is light and airy and faces onto the garden. It is furnished with a double bed, Wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and built in shelves. It also has an original feature fireplace.

The house would be shared with a postgraduate student and myself occasionally as I have to work in London every few weeks, but will be away the rest of the time.

There is currently only one other person living here, but eventually there will be 4 people in total.

The house has wifi etc and is close to Francis Road where there are cafes and restaurants and not too  long of a walk, or a very short bus ride, from Walthamstow Village.

The room would suit a professional or a postgrad student.

We are a gay friendly household.
