The property is in a quiet location and benefits from a balcony at the rear of the property overlooking allotments, with views of The City and Canary Wharf, a large kitchen (with dishwasher) and two separate storage rooms. The flat has recently been furnished so everything is new, including TV, dining table, sofa-bed, kitchen stuff etc.
The room is a double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. All the furniture is new.
All bills included- Sky (everything except Movies/Sport), broadband, Netflix, cleaner, council tax, gas, electric and water.
Woodford Underground (central line) tube station is the closet and we usually get the bus to the station which is a few minutes walk away.
