I will be studying abroad for four months and therefore subletting my room.

End Date: 15/05/18

The apartment consists of two large double rooms (one is taken), a modern kitchen and a spacious living room.

The free bedroom is very large and fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk.

Both kitchen and living room are fully equipped and furnished as well and you can use all of it. In the kitchen we have a modern induction hob, all necessary kitchen utensils and a washing machine.

The apartment is located at Roman Rd/St Stephens Rd., very close to Victoria Park. There are a couple of buses within a few minutes and the Mile End Tube Station is a 10-15min walk away.

The bills are not included, they come down to approximately 60£ per month for water, gas, electricity, internet and TV.

The tenant of the second bedroom is a 26 year old male, who is currently studying for his PhD at Queen Mary University. It would be very good if you could come for a viewing so that you can get to know each other. If that is not possible, we would probably like to skype to you.
