We are renting out our 2 bedroom flat for 6 months only. You must be able to move in between 11th December 2017 to 2nd January 2018. If these dates doen't work for you, please don't apply! Would suit a couple or two existing friends (no buddy up). Sorry no students as it invalidates our building insurance.

It is a fully furnished period conversion flat. One large double bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. One smaller double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and shelves. Living room with 2 seat sofa, armchair, coffee table. Bathroom with shower in bath, toilet, sink and storage. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave. Washing machine and wall mounted drying space in utility cupboard.

We will remove our belongings such as books, personal items, kitchen utensils, framed decorations etc (if required). There is loads of storage space. Also access to secure bike locker storage for one bike within a couple of minutes walk of the flat.

You will be liable to contribute to electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband costs which totals £250 per calendar month on top of rent. So total monthly cost is £1500 including bills. Bills will remain in our name and you are not able to change providers.
