It's a homely Victorian top floor studio apartment with a shared garden at the back and lovely views over London from the front room.
About 5 mins walk from Southfields tube (District Line Zone 3), so ideal for either someone working local or in town.
It was redecorated just before they moved in: new carpet, paint and brand new solid wood furniture.
The bathroom was retiled and has underfloor heating (only done a few years ago).
The kitchen although small is separate (a big bonus so I'm told by previous occupants).
Studio room is a good size and best of all there is loft storage for long term storage (Xmas tree, suitcases, other bulky stuff you want out of the way).
It's a short walk to Putney, Southfields, or hop on the tube and get to Wimbledon in no time.
Available on the 1st of August. I'm a reasonable landlord so I leave my tenants to it, but in the same breath if something needs fixing it'll be done same day if possible. I haven't had any complaints over the years but feel free to ask the current tenants when you visit.
The place is big enough for a couple (30Sqm) - I've had professional singles in there also for years, either which way it's big enough.
BILLS - the rent quoted is exclusive but budget for £50pcm for council tax (Wandsworth, cheapest in the land), and another £50 for electric (there's no gas). You're free to connect up your own broadband and phone as you see fit.
