Me (Jonny) and my boyfriend (Ray) are looking for a new flatmate. We live in a funky gated Victorian primary school conversion in a leafy culdesac just off Queens Road Peckham in South East London.
The flat has a very large open plan living room/dining space, a compact kitchen, 1 bathroom and an outside back garden/patio space. It's a very lovely home and is in a great location - Peckham High Street is 15 mins on foot, Queens Road Peckham station is 5 minute walk, New Cross Gate is around 15 mins walk.
The bedroom is a good size and comes with a double bed and wardrobe.
We are looking for a professional who has an active lifestyle and is sociable, clean and considerate to live with. We are both quite artistic people so an infinity to arts/music/theatre etc is desirable.
We have been together for 3 years and are getting married next year We work in Market Research and TV/Radio & Marketing Consultancy. We are friendly, warm and sociable flatmates and enjoy cooking, watching TV and exploring culture in the local area.
The rent is £750 per month which includes water. Council tax, gas, electricity and broadband/tv is around £60-£70 per month.
