Room in a Shared Flat, Byron Road, E17

I have a comfortable large room 12 x 12 available in my ground floor garden flat in Walthamstow.  The room has a single bed, wardrobe, sofa, bedside table and a television.  You will share the rest of the flat (kitchen/living room and bathroom)   with me and my tabby cat.  Cat lover essential as she is elderly and very spoilt.  The flat is my home so I am looking for someone who likes to keep  the place tidy and clean. The kitchen is small so not suitable for someone who wants to cook complicated meals and entertain.    I will consider a short let to someone visiting London for the summer as well as longer term to professionals and students, but no DSS.      

The location is in a quiet residential street approximately 10 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central Station (zone 3).  It has excellent transport services with the all night tube and night buses to the bottom of the road. Walthamstow is very trendy and arty with lots of niche shops, cafes, pubs with live music, sports facilities, famous market.     Unfortunately even though Walthamstow is known as Mini Holland there is no space for a bicycle.

It is available immediately.  'Viewings will be in the evenings after 8 pm or a the weekend as I work full time.  Please let me know if you would like to view the room.
