Room in a Shared Flat, Granville Road, NW2

A double room available in a 2 bedroom modern secure development. The apartment is quite spacious and is very comfortable and all rooms open on to the garden terrace/patio via glass sliding doors. The area is very quiet and we back on to an allotment so we wake to the sound of birds. Golders Green High Street is nearby and has late night facilities as well as good transport links including to airports and Hampstead Heath is close by. There is a long wide corridor that runs the length of the apartment. The bedrooms come off that corridor. Mine has an ensuite and the available room has the large family bathroom for exclusive use. There is a washer and dryer in the cupboard spaces in the corridor. There is undercover carparking. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a comfortable lounge area. The best and very '80s feature is the Hot Tub. My previous flatmate moved out in April 2017.

About me - I am a 55 year old female advisory teacher from Australia that has lived in London for 14 years. I have shared most of the time I have been here. The majority have been successful experiences. I am easy going and while I like to be around on weekends I go away during school holidays (13 weeks a year).
I like to have company - someone to talk to at the end (or beginning) of the day but don't mind if that is not possible because of work. I have a cat who is quite timid so won't be after you for pats or a lap to sleep on. I am happy to negotiate for a Monday to Friday let.
