Hello all. I have a 3 bedroom Victorian house located conveniently in Enfield town. 5 minutes walk from Enfield town station, 10 minutes walk from bush hill park station. Enfield town is 5 minutes away and has plenty of cafes and resturants aswell as shopping stores. Bush hill park is around the corner and is a family friendly area with plenty of families.
it is under full refurbishment at the moment and will come with all neccecery certificates for gas and electricity safety. The finish will be in good condition, not cheaply like most landlords prefer. I am aiming to make it a place where myself and my family will happily stay.
We are aiming to have it ready for august. You are more than welcome to come have a look at it before it is finished.
