The house is within 1 miles distance to 10 schools including Croft (0.2 miles), Lethbridge (0.3 miles), Commonwheel (0.4 miles) and King William Street (0.5 miles). Good transport links to the M4 (via Wichelstowe), and bus routes.

This is a lovely home that would suit a young family. This is a private let so there are no agency fees! We require 1.5 months security deposit. Utility bills are to be paid by the tenant. Council tax is around £161 pcm (excluding February and March). You should expect to pay around £40 pcm for gas and electricity and £30 pcm for water. Gas, electricity and water bills are normally processed every 3 months by meter readings. We would prefer non-smokers (or smoking outside) and would consider pets. Proof of employment/income and references will be required and we are sorry this is not suitable for DSS.
