History

The property has been on the rental market for some 60+ years. The last rentals have been for 3 years and 5 years and deemed satisfactory for all parties. Presently the neighbour at No 9 has secured permission for a ground floor extension. It is not anticipated that this will affect No 8. There will be no activity allowed on No 8 side. The rent has been set lower than previously paid to reflect. 

Referencing by Open Rent

It is the essence of the tenancy let is for the landlord is able to have a rent guarantee policy(RGP). It is at no cost to the tenants and is paid for bythe landlord/trust. This policy is subject  to confidential referencing by Open Rent paid by tenants at £20 each for each tenant.
