The house is in a super convenient location situated in between both Raynes Park and Wimbledon stations. We are close to local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. There are great transport links into Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Kingston and Surbiton and of course the District line tube at Wimbledon!

We currently have a sunny double bedroom on the 1st floor which is available from 4 August. The room has original stripped wooden floorboards. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The remainder of the house is also neutrally decorated with a large eat-in kitchen and comfortable shared living room to relax in. There is a small, sunny, easily maintained patio garden and the house also benefits from two full bathrooms.

You will be sharing with really friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to keep the house clean and and make the house homely. Residents permit parking is available on application to the council.

The rent is excluding bills and one months deposit is required to secure the room. In addition there is a one-off £20 referencing payable to openrent.
