We are looking to rent our extremely well presented 2 bedroom apartment in excellent condition, a bright and airy reception room, separate kitchen breakfast room leading to a fabulous roof terrace balcony. We have 2 good and equal sized double bedrooms.

The apartment is on the top floor of a gorgeous mansions block, its incredibly airy and has a lovely feel to it, we have everything you need in our kitchen/breakfast room which has a dining table and chairs, washing machine, and plenty of storage.

We have lived in our gorgeous flat for many years and renovated it to a high standard unlike many rental properties on the market,  we are hoping to find nice people who want a lovely home.


Elmhurst Mansions is on a quiet residential road located just of Clapham High street in a very central location, minutes from Clapham north tube, Clapham common tube and Clapham high street mainline are moments away all with direct routes into the City. There are also many bus routes which are frequent. Clapham common and Clapham Old town are the hive of entertainment its such cool vibrant place to live.

There's a huge selection of amazing bars, incredible restaurants, a boutique cinema, a gym with swimming pool in the next street, a large supermarket, convenient stores shops - basically you can get everything you need at the top of our road living here. If you like socialising, food entertaining this is the place to live.
