I have a furnished double room available in my own beautifully presented flat close to Hesketh Park and all bus routes into town centre.  Lovely quiet area with plenty of street parking and no problems.

The room has a quality double bed with comfortable mattress less than a year old, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a corner tv unit also with drawers.

The layout has been changed from the photos, as you will see on viewing.

The flat is presented to a high standard, with recent new high quality carpet throughout.

Modern kitchen with gas hobs and electric oven, microwave, washing machine and your own separate under counter fridge and freezer for you to use.

Maintained garden front and back, nice relaxing space weather permitting!  Possible use of garage for bicycle.

Four days out of eight I am away working so you will be able to have a comfortable space to yourself half of the time.

I need the lodger to be working with good references.

i am not a party animal, and appreciate a quiet, comfortable space, which is reflected in the flat, I am wanting a lodger who will appreciate the homely environment i will provide.

My last lodger moved out as she needed to find a two bed flat for herself and her son when her circumstances changed to her needing an extra room.

The flat has WIFI, and all bills are included within the weekly amount.
