I am a friendly Spanish law professional in my late twenties and I am looking for one flatmate (no couples sorry) to share my newly-built 40th-floor apartment in Stratford from the 23rd June 2017 onwards for the period of 12 months. Ideally, I am looking for a straight young professional in his late twenties early thirties like myself.

The flat comes furnished and is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/lounge area, a storeroom, and a washing machine/tumble drier room. The room available is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The skyscraper is at a walking distance or 2-minute bus ride from Stratford station, with a bus stop next to the entrance and 4-5 bus lines going to Stratford. The tower also has 24-hour concierge, central heating and free gym facilities for residents on the 1st floor.
There is a underground parking at an additional cost.

The accommodation is very well connected to the city centre from Stratford station:
Central line to Bank in less than 15 minutes,
Canary wharf on the Jubilee line in less than 15 minutes,
Westminster on the Jubilee line in less than 25 minutes. 

There is a Tesco express just below the building and many more supermarkets and shops nearby (Sainsbury´s, Morrison´s, Lidl; Poundland; etc.). Westfield Mall and the Olympic Village at a walking distance is a bonus.

The price for renting the room available is 1,000 pounds pcm + bills.
