Really welcoming and comfortable flat in a great location just off Old Street Roundabout.  It's a conversion from an old office building so very solid with lovely original parquet flooring throughout.  You're on the third floor so nice and quite.  I've owned this place for 20 years and love it.  For me it's kind of the reverse of an investment property - it's a flat with real soul and I want everyone who lives here to very much feel its their 'home' no matter how long they stay.  The flat is ideally situated for either the City or all the tech/creative places around Old Street.  Which also means the quality of life is amazing.   You're literally seconds from the basics - supermarket etc. and also, because its Old Street/Shoreditch, from almost every type of restaurant/café/bar you can think of.  You're also living above a gym - what could be handier?  If you come to take a look at it do one thing for me and stroll through Bunhill Fields burial ground.  This famous old resting place was popular with English dissenters in the 18th and 19th centuries.  Search of the graves of Daniel Defoe, author of Robinson Crusoe, and William Blake, artist, author and poet who penned the hymn 'Jerusalem'   Or just pause for a few minutes in the peaceful dappled sunlight.

At the moment the flat is very tastefully furnished with pieces from Ikea and John Lewis.  All less than two years old.  But I'm completely flexible if you want to bring some of your own pieces.  We can work all that out.  The important thing is you get everything arranged the way you want it.
