A newly refurbished one bedroom flat with a double sized sofa-bed. It is decorated to a high standard and made to feel home. Only a minute away from Maida Vale station on baker-loo line, 5m walk from the Canal with lots of nice bars & restaurants near by.

I made the flat to feel home. It is ideal for two people, business trip or romantic holiday. But it can host maximum 4, 2 in double bedroom and 2 on double sofa bed in living space.

There are plenty of trendy restaurants and bars around .Tesco is one minute away next to the gas station. There is also a nice Cinema just opposite the road. Some grocery shops are available next to the tube. The Laundry on Elgin Avenue on the right hand side of station is great. You can get 50% off the cost by giving my name. The Warrington bar next door is great. Only five minutes walk, you will be by the Canal where you can find the Water Way restaurant and bar and enjoy a drink by the river. Down the road on Randolph Ave and Clifton road, there are a couple of nice restaurants to enjoy a brunch or lunch with healthy food.

Maida Vale tube station is one minute away. If you walk up to Maida Vale main road, 5 m away, several buses take you to central London or south London. Busses Nr. 6-414-98 and others are available a short walk from the flat.

Please note It is a non smoking flat and the neighbourhood is very quiet so please no parties. Feel home and treat my space as yours so please leave it in same conditions that you get it. Please note that I have put a protection washable cover on furniture so original material doesn't get ruined and to insure that sofa and chair covers are washed regularly for hygiene purposes. Please don't move these covers.
