I'm looking for someone to take on my tenancy in an awesome living arrangement with The Collective Old Oak. Great for young professionals, students, entrepreneurs. Amazing networking/community of over 500 individuals. 

Cost:
Ultra modern, private double room with ensuite - £250 per week (£1084pcm). ALL BILLS INCLUDED!

One single rent sum of £1084 needed each month which includes:
- Personal cleaners every 2 weeks (bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and communal areas)
- Water/electricity/energy/inter net etc.
- Free gym membership
- Access to communal areas (library, sauna/spa, cinema, restaurant, bar, Japanese tea room, English pub etc.)
- Convenient in-house supermarket & private members club

Security deposit of £1000 will be needed upon arrival.

Transport:
- 10 min walk to Willesden Junction (Bakerloo Line)
- 15 minute walk to North Acton (Central Line)

Tenancy Dates:
I'm moving out of London, so I would be looking for someone to take over my tendency from 1/05/2017 until 31/08/2017 with the option to renew based upon your own preference.
