My existing tenant will be leaving on 16th June after which time his double room will be available. In the meantime and in addition to, I have a second double room to rent. This is very quirky house (in a good way) and you have to see it to appreciate it in all its glory.

It is important for me to get the right tenant as they will have full access to the whole house and want them to feel at home rather than be confined to their room.
