Room in a Shared House, Greenford Road, UB6

We have 2 rooms available in our friendly house:

#1st room - Very large double - 670pcm (all bills included)

#2nd room - Massive double - 720pcm (all bills included)

We are 4 flatmates (2 couples) looking for a tenant or a couple to fill the last room.
We moved in a couple of weeks ago.

The house is brand newly refurbished and has been freshly repainted. New furniture have been provided, new washing machine, bed frames, mattresses and wardrobes.
Kitchen is provided with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Bathroom has a bath-tub. There is plenty of storage space.

House is very spacious and clean, located in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walking distance to Piccadilly line (Sudbury Hill) and 15 min to Central Line (Greenford).

We are looking for someone who will fit our friendly house, share a dinner together sometimes, play board games, play music, going out, outdoor activities etc.. or simply just friendly, we all mind our business. :)

The neighbourhood is really quiet and safe. There are plenty of forests and parks around to spend time in and a canal-side to enjoy a peaceful sunset or a picnic. There is a friendly Irish pub next to the house, an Indian vegetarian restaurant (quite cheap), a plumbing and electrical appliances store and shops and off licences too on the same street. Supermarkets, launderettes, blacksmiths and other services are a 5-7 mins straight walk towards Sudbury hill station.

The Westway cross shopping park is 5 mins walk towards Greenford station and provides around 19 shops and stores as TK Max, Poundland, EE, Next, Mcdonald's, Hobbycraft, Carphone warehouse, M&S, Boots, Costa, Subway etc.. which it comes very handy.

Also Brent Park shopping centre is only a 20 mins bus ride (line 92) where IKEA, Tesco's and plenty more shops are based. Wembley central is also 20 mins bus ride where Argos, Primark and other shops are.

We are aged between 21-25 years old. All friends, professionals and full time workers and we expect to know more about you and share our experiences. We work in the education, the music industry and manual works.

We travel a lot, so we have plenty of experiences to share with you if interested :)
We'd love to find someone inspiring too!

The room is free to view almost any day and any time as myself am available to show around due to the Easter school term holiday.

Weekly payments are acceptable, 2 weeks deposit required as per entry.
