Beautiful, clean, bright double bedroom in a modern building located in Stockwell - 7 mins walking from Stockwell tube station, which is served by both the Victoria and the Northern line, and very close to Brixton and Clapham.
The room is part of a two bedrooms flat on the fourth/top floor and it comes fully furnished with queen size bed, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe. 
The other bedroom, which is occupied, is en-suite therefore the second bathroom will be most of the times exclusively used by the new tenant.
You will be living with me, who I am also the landlord.
