Room in a Shared Flat, Tabard St, SE1

We are a young professional Canadian couple in our late 20's (26 and 28) looking to let a spacious double room in our clean modern flat.

The flat is fully furnished and is less than a 5 minute walk to Borough station (on the northern line). There is also a Tesco and a gym within a 2 minute walk, which is very convenient.

AREA:
The flat is in a great area which is walking distance from Borough high street, Bermondsey, and London Bridge, all of which have lots of nice bars and restaurants. The flat is a 5 minute walk from the high street, meaning it's relatively quiet for central London. It is also a 10 minute walk to London Bridge station.

YOU:
We are looking for a young professional who is clean and that we can get along with. We both work long hours so the flat will be relatively free lots of the time. We don't mind if you have guests over, as long as you're respectful of the neighbours (i. e. no large parties past 10 pm). We expect you to clean up after yourself and keep the shared living area clean.

US:
We are a very friendly and easy going couple. I work as a lawyer in central London while she works in sales on Oxford St. We enjoy going out on the weekends and like to travel when we have spare time. We are very accommodating and are looking for someone we can hang out with once in a while. We are very respective of your personal space and would not enter your room without permission.

The ROOM:
It's a spacious double room with a large window if you're looking for lots of natural light. It comes with a double size bed, large wardrobe, dresser, working desk, and bedside table. It has carpet floors and a large windowsill.

The FLAT:
It's a modern two bedroom flat with one bathroom and a very large living room. The living room is open concept with a kitchen and lots of natural light. We have a dinner table, two sofas, and a large TV (including an Apple TV and a PS4). The kitchen has all of the necessities including lots of storage space, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.
