The kitchen is situated on the ground floor with a range of white units a, washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen is also equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a wall mounted 40 inch TV with sofa. We like to think we have supplied all the essentials for you to start enjoying the house straight away. ( Please note this house does not have a communal area)

We provide a broadband package making light work of all your internet needs.

There is a patio garden to the rear accessed through the kitchen which opens up onto a large grass courtyard area which houses a insurance approved bike store.

The Room:
All rooms come furnished with a range of contemporary furniture consisting of a chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, full length mirror and chrome bed with orthopaedic mattress. The rooms are always fresh and clean and a nice place to make your home. Please note that this is a SMALL double

The Area:

The house is situated just a 10 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube (Northern line), there is a tram stop just 10 mins walk away( which goes towards Croydon or Wimbledon) and a bus stop just across the road which goes either towards Mitcham or Wimbledon. There is a parking space on the drive and more FREE spaces available on street.

There are plenty of amenities around the area to enjoy also. You have Merton Abbey Mills which has lots of craft events, lovely pub on the river, food outlets (The Jamaican is out of this world!!), and other quaint little shops. Next door there is a Virgin fitness centre that has a pool, large gym, spin studio, restaurant and great staff. You also over the road have Sainsburys Hypermarket and Marks and Spencers with a food court. The Tandem Centre, which has Next, TK MAX , Boots, Starbucks and Nandos amongst many others, is also easily accessible from the house.
