Large, spacious bright double bedroom with own shower-room and WC in a shared property, less than ten minutes walk from Clapham Junction station, with its many transport links around London.

This lovely flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the other room being rented by a young professional man. The kitchen and sitting-room are shared and it comes full-furnished.

It will, of course, be necessary for potential tenants to meet the existing tenant and ensure that you both get on. The last tenant and he shared for several years and I understand him to be a very easy-going, friendly man.

It is a large house which has been divided in two - the lower floor being rented separately by a young couple. Upstairs, through its own door, there is the second two-bedroomed flat. Your room is large and bright, overlooking the garden at the back of the house.

All bills are included, except for the cleaner who comes for two hours once a fortnight. I approximate this is about a further £30 a month. But all other bills - water, broadband, electricity, gas, council tax - are included.
