The downstairs front reception room is also suitable for use as a bedroom- a very big one- if required and furniture will be provided upon request. The dining table could comfortably be moved to the lounge or conservatory.
Each reception room has a brand new electric fire. Open out the doors all the way to the conservatory for one big room when entertaining. From the hallway, there is an unusual bi-fold door into the well appointed kitchen, making the most of the space- which boasts a high quality Neff double electric oven/grill, gas hob, recessed microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer with water chiller.
The large sofa in the lounge contains a pull out double sofabed for guests. A unique, handmade coffee table is also provided- come and have a look to see what makes it special! There is a dish for satellite TV if you want it- the subscription/freesat setup is up to you.
The family bathroom, upstairs, has a deep bath with shower over and there is a compact but surprisingly usable under-stairs downstairs WC.
Outside, you will find a patio, lawn, trees and flowers. A water **** and composter are also provided, and there is an outside tap. There is side access from the front of the house and beside and through the garage from the rear. For warm (ish) summer evenings, pull the barbecue out from the garage and enjoy.
The house has a modern boiler and smart electricity and gas meters. There is an alarm system installed, though the previous occupants did not feel the need to use it.
No agency, no admin or contract fees- only a credit and referencing check of £20 per person. Meet the landlord and ask your questions directly. Sorry no DSS or smokers.
