We are looking for working professional people or couples without or with a baby/young child. We can't take those with older children or pets as there may be damage caused to the flat. We are very friendly landlords and would like people that are also friendly and self sufficient and will not cause any problems. Of course if there are any issues with the flat we will always be there to help solve them.

As this is a ground floor flat there is on occasion some noise that can be heard from upstairs flat and although this isn't really an issue for most people, if you are a light sleeper then it may not be suitable.
