The neighbourhood is safe and quite which is located on a quite tree lined street with hardly any traffic.

We are also 3 minutes away from Earls Court tube station zone 1.
Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom basement flat located on a quiet road in between Earls Court and West
Brompton tube station.

The light and airy flat has it's own separate entrance and benefits from its own garden at the rear.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ensuite shower room although the on-suite shower
is on the small side, bedside table and a wardrobe space for your use. There are double doors leading
out into the garden, perfect for a summer's evening!
The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe space and doors leading out into the garden. The
main bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom that has a shower about the bath with a glass screen.
Towels and linen are provided for you too!

The fully equipped kitchen is next to the spacious lounge, where you can find the TV, sofa and dining
table. The perfect place to relax opposite the fireplace!

House rules- No smoking- Not suitable for pets- No parties or events
- no smoking and no pets .

- If we cannot meet you on check-in for any unknown reason we will leave the keys in the key safe, that is located on the left hand side of our front door. Our front door has the number 2 on it.
The key safe is located at door handle height just under the hanging flower basket.
We will provide you the code to open the key safe closer to your check in time as we change the code regularly.

- On check-out, please could you put the keys back in the key safe.

- STRICTLY NO loud parties or excess noise between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
