Large double bedroom available @ £725 per month not including bills. Full sky package and internet etc already installed.

Double room, furnished. Unfortunately an existing housemate is leaving us to live with his girlfriend so the contract will only run to 26 August 2017 with the option for extension for an additional 12 months. 

The house itself is 5 years old with all modern fixtures and fittings, with large marble kitchen, living room and garden / patio area. 2 en-suite rooms, 2 normal with bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Excellent transport links with trains into London Bridge and Canada Water taking less than 10 minutes.

We're looking for someone who will get involved with the house and will treat the place as their home, not just somewhere to doss. We're all very easy going and are quite happy staying in and having a drink or going to the local for some great food and music.

Our neighbours are great and it's very likely they'll be popping over every now and then or vice versa.
