Room in a Shared Flat, Skeltons Lane, E10

I am looking for a flatmate to move into a double room in a brand new flat. I moved into the property a few months ago so I'm still working on getting finishing touches together, but the minimum furniture is all there - bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the bedroom and in the living/kitchen room a sofa, dining table, and all kitchenware.

It's a modern, big bright flat with french windows which allow in plenty of light. The kitchen is high spec with all new appliances, and the open living room facing the garden is a nice space to hang out in and will especially be amazing during the summer. There is also park next door with a cool little farm. It's a really quiet, cute little neighbourhood and easy to get to most places from the area. Francis Road is a 10 min walk away too where some cafe's and restaurants have opened up with more on the way.

The flat is in Leyton, around 20 mins walk to Leyton, Leytonstone and Walthamstow stations or there is a 10 min bus from the end of the road which takes you to all stations. Leyton Midlands Road is also a 2 min walk away (currently being refurbished and due to re-open in Feb).


The rent includes Council Tax, Broadband and TV License.

Bills not includes are electricity (around 18 quid each a month) and gas (I am on a pre-payment meter so cost really depends on how much the heating is on) and water (roughly 12 each a month).
