Space in fridge & Kitchen for your food.
Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Washing Machine, Microwave.
Shared Kitchen & bathroom with myself.
Close to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line and British Rail) and Blackhorse Road. Lloyds park is 5 mins away.Local Doctors, Chemist, Small Shops, Post Office & Atm all 5 mins walk away.Walthamstow Market is a 15 min walk.Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda & Morrisons all within walking distance. 
I am Very clean and considerate so am looking for someone similar.
Please note I do have a old cat.
Deposit £400 & Weekly rent £110 to be paid weekly in advance
I am away 2 or 3 times a year for around 2 weeks each time if you are prepared to feed my cat at those times I will reduce the rent to £100 (every week not just when I'm away)
Available start of the month, you are welcome to sleep on sofa a few days before the room is free (no charge for that).
