The flat is located just between Dalston and Stoke Newington, with really good transport links into central London and Shoreditch areas.

It's a large studio on the upper ground floor level of a Victorian house on a quiet residential street. As you come through the door the bed is in an alcove to the right, separated by muslin curtains, while on your right there is a big comfortable sofa and pouffe, coffee table and a big bay window. There's a small table which can be used as a desk or a dining table (fits three comfortably) and opposite the sofa is the kitchen area, with folding doors which allow you to separate the space. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, including a washer/dryer, microwave, oven and grill, and storage space. There is also small bathroom and with cabinet space and a decent shower.

There's a large garden at the back of the house which is shared with the rest of the flats. It's a really nice space.

The flat is perfect for one person or a couple. It's available from 1st March (although I have some flexibility on this to move in either sooner or later) and the rent would include all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and broadband). This is a legal sublet with permission from the landlords. I would require one month's rent in advance and one month's deposit.
