Rents are fully inclusive of all bills including superfast (150MB) broadband and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
The house is located in a residential street close to the A45 Coventry Road. There's a large Tesco just 5 minutes' walk away, and also nearby are other local shopping facilities, pubs, restaurants and takeaways, as well as numerous bus routes.
The entire house has recently been completely refurbished so everything is shiny and new.
There is a large shared, fully equipped, kitchen with lounge area and 42" TV with Freeview, and a separate laundry room with washing and drying facilities. The bedroom currently available is an upstairs double with ensuite shower room. It is fully furnished with a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, bedside table with drawers, wardrobe, dressing table / desk, chair and bookshelves, as well as a data point and TV aerial socket.
Most tenants bring their own duvet, pillows and bed linen, but we can offer a bedding package as an extra if required. There is a south-facing back garden for socialising or relaxing, and off-road parking for 4 cars plus additional on-road parking at the front of the house.
You will be sharing the house with other professional tenants who are sociable but not party animals; if you want to live in party central then you should look elsewhere, but if you want somewhere you can relax in peace after a day's (or night's) work then it might be just the place you're looking for.
We're looking for tenants who'll stay a minimum of 6 months.
The house is managed directly by the landlord, who is accredited with the Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme (Craig Davis, registration no. 2288).
All rooms are single occupancy only, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Pets are not permitted. All prospective tenants are fully referenced, and a guarantor may be required. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate tenants who are reliant on housing benefit.
There is no admin fee, but we do ask prospective tenants to contribute £20 towards the cost of referencing. A security deposit (£600 ensuite / £500 non-ensuite) is required. Rent is paid monthly by standing order.
