+ Next to famous Victoria Park which both has sporting facilities and is a concert venue.
+ Roman Road market, the Idea Store library a large Tesco are right on the doorstep
+ Only 15 mins walk (or 5 mins cycle) are
- Mile End station (central line, district line, and Hammersmith and City underground lines),
- Bow Church (DLR overground)
- Bow Road (district line).

There are two of us living here already. We are both professionals and both Christians (one in mid 20s, one in 30s). The atmosphere is easygoing yet respectful. This flat would suit someone aged 24-37 who works regular hours and appreciates great views!
