We are a house of creative professionals with people working in architecture, landscaping, the music industry, teaching and photography and IT. We are all busy people working full-time jobs but get on well and find the time to hang out together, either having some pizza from our pizza oven, a glass of wine, playing music and encouraging each other with the many creative projects going on.

The communal space is huge, with windows all around, so lots of light. We have a huge kitchen area with plenty of cupboard and fridge space for everyone, as well as 2 cookers, 2 ovens and 2 sinks. The lounge area has 3 sofas as well as space for chilling out on the bean bag or playing the guitar or watching Netflix on the projector. :)

We have a fantastic outside space with plenty of room for bikes, as well as pizza oven plus a work shop /chill out space.

If you don't know the area already, we are only 5 minutes walk from the Piccadilly, Victoria and Overground lines, as well as Stamford Hill main line and lots of great bus routes. A short bike ride will have you in Stoke-Newington, Green Lanes or Finsbury park.

Within the warehouse community there is always lots going on, from markets and fairs, to film festivals, gigs and exhibitions. This is a great community to be in and as a house we are regularly involved with the many different events happening in the area.
