For rent a double en-suite bedroom in a two-bed flat in Hackney Wick. It's a 5-10 minute walk from Hackney Wick Overground and next to the Olympic Park, Victoria Park and the canal.

The room comes unfurnished except for two wardrobes. The flat has a huge communal space, with high ceiling, which includes the kitchen and living room.

You will be sharing with a couple in their early 30s. Another couple is preferable but a single person is also fine.

We're both quite busy with work, Joe in music and Rebecca in communications for an environmental charity. We're both out a lot during the week and we see the flat as a nice place to come back to. We're looking for clean and tidy people who are kind of similar, but also up for some social stuff in the flat like the occasional communal meal, movie night, etc. We're also vegetarian but you don't necessarily have to be.

Rent for the room is £735/mo with bills at around £65/mo per person if there are four of us. There is also a one-off fee of £275+VAT for reference checks etc.
