Room in a Shared House, Worsley Road, M30

Hi i'm Georgia I have two spare bedrooms in my home that i'm looking to rent out to two individuals of a similar age to me. Would be good to maybe even find some potential friends rather than just lodgers. I live on Worsley road in Winton/Eccles which is part of Salford. the location is fantastic as it's only a short walk into the heart of Monton village and roughly 15 mins to the Trafford Centre. There are bus stops on my road and the Metrolink isn't too far either which takes you straight into town (Manchester). On my row there is a corner shop which is really handy to nip to for any bits and bobs you may require, there's also a chippy and beauty shop. at near enough the back of my house in Winton park which is really nice to take a stroll to, it overlooks Cleavleys running track. The rooms boast a lovely view over the grass garden at the back and are decorated to a high standard including furniture, a bed and a matress.My house has everything you need such as a washing machine, wifi, tv, grass garden and decking, shower/bath, central heating, two lounges and much more.My ideal lodger/house mate is someone who is friendly, likes a laugh and a chat about life over a takeaway and glass of wine but equally some one who likes their alone time after a hard days work. I'm seeking someone who will have respect for the property and keep it clean and tidy.
