Room in a Shared House, Ernshaw Place, SW15

I am hoping to find a Monday to Friday lodger to share my wonderful home with.

I would love to find someone who wants to treat the house as their own with some care and tidiness (what landlord doesn't eh?!). I love to have a giggle and am quite sociable but not a big clubber (I don't drink but perfectly fine with anyone else drinking!) and after a busy day also value some 'down time' though I am pretty busy in the evenings so a lodger would get plenty of space after work. It would be nice to feel comfortable watching tv etc with a lodger.

In return you get your own double room with not just an en-suite, but your own separate bathroom with a free-standing bath! All the interior of the house has been recently re-decorated. I've just added a gorgeous wardrobe in your room along with a matching chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is even a roof terrace so you can chill out with your own patch of sky in busy London.

The kitchen has all the expected mod-cons and you can use my dishes etc.  I've just bought a whopping HD Smart TV too. 

PLUS, the tube is literally one minute away and all the amenities of Putney within 5 minutes (gym/restaurants/shops) ; yet the house is amazingly quiet!
