We are looking for a flatmate in our friendly and fun, recently refurbished 4 bedroom flat based off Devon’s Road (DLR Canary Wharf) and Langdon Park DLR station near Bromley By Bow or Bow road station (Towards Stratford or Central London )

There are three guys living in the house, and are looking for another friendly individual.
We are young professionals working in different areas – Recruitment, Marketing and Architecture which brings great diversity to our flat
In our spare time, we enjoy cooking and eating together, cycling, exercising, travelling and chilling!

Our home has:
- 4 double bedrooms
- a living room - includes a new TV with Sky ;)
- a large kitchen - includes dishwasher :)
- 2 bathrooms
- a large double balcony (our drinks spot/party in summer!)
- a concierge downstairs
- rooftop terrace, ideal for summer BBQs

The room has:
- a massive wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- a desk with chair
- bedside table
- a double bed
- there's also your own, private balcony, apart from the communal one

10 mins from Canary Wharf, Stratford (Westfield Shopping Centre) and 35 mins to the City.

Excellent connectivity:
Mile End station (Central) and Bow road station (Hammersmith and City, and District) are circa 15 mins walk away, and Devon’s Road (DLR) is 5 mins away or Langdon Park DLR Station (5 min)
There is a Tesco express facing the flat. Gym is 30 sec walk from the flat.
We are also close to Mile End gym, Regent's Canal and a couple of parks.

The double room is at £775 per month inclusive of bills and we have a cleaner who comes fortnightly
There is no admin fee and a month’s deposit (£775).
