We have a garage which is used for storage, where bikes or equipment could be kept. There is also a reasonably sized garden and patio. The room to rent has a new wardrobe and set of draws in. The bed is queen sized.

The train and bus services are within a six minute walk. The Nearest train station is Angmering. We also have convient stores, chemist, post office and take aways, within the same vicinity. 

The ocean  is about a 20 minute walk from the house. There are churches in both directions and a small village town with banks, green grocers and  butchers in, about 20 minutes walk away. There is also a Sainsbury's and Asda in close proximity.
