We are looking for a single occupancy tenant for a super bright and fully furnished large double room in our three story townhouse on a quiet road right in the heart of Tooting Broadway.
Just a 5 minute walk away you'll find Tooting broadway tube, and all the trendiest shops, bars and restaurants Tooting has to offer. St George's hospital is a 10min walk away.
The house has 2 bathrooms (one newly refurbished) with showers, and a large communal lounge area with TV and dvd player etc. The kitchen is brand new, has tonnes of storage space, two fridges and a large freezer. We also have a fairly large garden out the back where we spend most of our time during the summer - it's a real sun trap! We have a gas BBQ, outdoor table, and a shed for garden equipment and bikes etc. We also get super fast wireless internet throughout the house.
We're a really sociable flat but as one of us is a nurse and one a teacher we tend to just relax at home rather than go out clubbing or throw big parties at the house - saying that though we do usually deck the house out for halloween and christmas and have a bit of a rave :)
We all like to keep the house tidy so we have a weekly cleaning rota for the communal bits, or we pay for a cleaner to come in on our weeks.
The room we're advertising for is probably best suited to someone in their mid to late 20s / early 30s - gardening skills are a bonus :)
