There is also a Park within 200 yards and a very regular bus service up and down Westferry Road.

The Landlord actually uses the flat at the moment for 2 nights per week having semi retired at the beginning of the year, hence the availability of the flat to rent.  He would also be interested in being able to use the smaller room mid week for 2 nights and therefore the rent would be reduced to reflect this.  Ideally this arrangement would ideally suit a single person should they be interested.  If not no worries we are still interested in renting flat outright.
