Within walking distance to Croydon Tramlink - Birkbeck, Bus Routes,  and fairly close to National Rail stations, and Overground.

A selection of shops is at the end of the road.  Also at either end of the same main road are Aldi and Tesco supermarkets. There is a very pleasant country park just past Birkbeck Tramlink stop and Beckenham Cemetery.  A larger selection of shops is not far away in Penge High Street.

Rent is Per Calendar Month Payable in Advance.  One month's rent in advance required, plus deposit based on six weeks rent (Registered as legally required with MyDeposits).  The tenancy will also be based on Calendar months even if begun initially after the 1st of a month.
