Excellent central Hove location. 3 minutes walk to Hove train station and 1 minute walk to a bus stop (& taxi rank) with regular buses into Brighton and including into both Universities by bus or Train. Close to pubs, restaurants, 2 large supermarkets and only a 2 minute walk to Hove’s main shopping area George Street. The seafront and beach are only a few minutes walk as is the Swimming pool with Leisure Centre.

Both Available Rooms, are Double Sized, and are Proper Lounge come Double Bedrooms, by using Bed Settees, which have Proper Full Double Mattresses, made Ready or Unready into either Mode of use, in less than a few minutes only. Both are Very suitable for Students, each having a nice Desk with Drawers.

Bathroom with Shower and Toilet, and of course Washbasin is shared, but the slightly smaller room has its own New Shower Cubicle en-suite, and also a Washbasin with Hot and Cold water.

The flat is on a Permit Based road, where there is Pay & Display parking available only (9am-8pm max stay 2hrs). Tenants can apply to get a parking permit, if they have a car, and can purchase vouchers for visitors.

BeingZone N, which is the best parking permit to have, you can park on the street right outside, and drive over to park on the street outside Hove train station, ( which is also Zone N ). With Zone N parking you can also park directly on the seafront.
Bills are approximately £10 pcm each for gas and electric, and for water also. Council tax is approx £100 pcm
