Room in a Shared House, Brenley Bridge Cottage, ME13

Double to rent in large house with my partner and I who work full time and have horses so not around very much and one other lodger who stays with us a couple of nights in the week at the most.  Although a large house we will only ever have 3 of the bedrooms filled to prevent overcrowding.
Garden, off road parking, CCTV to outside of house, Garden, SKY TV in living room and bedrooms along with WIFI all included in the rental price.
Friendly house who would love to share with someone who will respect our home and treat it as their own.  We are a quiet bunch that enjoy to be social but really value our peace and quiet.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a Jacuzzi bath.
We do have one cat so would have to be cat friendly.
