I'm looking for a tennant/s who will look after the place and treat it well.

It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Large communal garden at the rear as well and also has its own car park. Very close to Dartford train station with Tescos and Co Op at the end of the road. An additional 1 months rent is required as a security deposit. No pets. No DSS. No smoking inside the flat.
