I am a friendly Spanish law professional in my late twenties and I am looking for a flatmate to share my  newly-built 40th-floor apartment in Stratford from the 7th November 2016 onwards and for up to 1 year at least.  Ideally, I am looking for a straight young male in his late twenties early thirties from a western country like myself.

The flat comes furnished and is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/lounge area, a storeroom, and a washing machine/tumble drier room. The room available is an ensuite bedroom. The skyscraper is at a walking distance or 2-minute bus ride from Stratford station, with a bus stop next to the entrance and 4-5 bus lines going to Stratford (Email Removed After Let) building also has free gym facilities for residents on the 1st floor.
There is a underground parking at an additional cost.

Overall, the accommodation is very well connected to the city centre from Stratford station (Central line to Bank in 15 minutes), and even to west London (Jubilee line to Westminster in 25 minutes).

There is a Tesco express just below the building and many more supermarkets and shops nearby. Westfield Mall and the Olympic Village at a walking distance is a bonus.

The price for renting the room available is 979 pounds pcm + bills.
