We are Melanie and Ed and we are now looking for a new flatmate, as our current flatmate is moving out on the 31st of August.
The room is really big, very bright in the morning, with a large window and plenty of space to furnish. There is also lots of storage space in the hallway for bits and bobs.
The flat itself is really bright, our magnificent (56m2) living room has 8 massive windows and a high ceiling! We also have a fully furnished kitchen (washing machine, oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher). Our living room is great for hosting, we have really nice neighbours and no one in sight from all of our windows. Both bathrooms are great, with one separate WC and another with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
We are looking for somebody up for a glass of wine and some good movies during the week, as well as someone to have fun with during weekends!
The location is in a very friendly neighbourhood, we are only 6min walk from Canonbury, 10min from Dalston and 15 min from Shoreditch. It is extremely easy to go around and we have plenty of shops and restaurant just a few minutes away.
The move in date is 1st September and the rent is £950 a month plus around £100 bills (council tax, gas, internet).
