Hi, I am Rachel, the live out landlord and I'm looking for people to enjoy my house.

My lovely tenants have been living at my house for a couple of years and they are sadly leaving.

It's a two bed maisonette, fully furnished and comes ready to move in. The plus points are that the rooms are really spacious and the house is flooded with light. There is a separate toilet and (Email Removed After Let) Lounge comes with a luxurious comfy leather corner sofa. The lounge, kitchen, patio/garden area are downstairs and the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are upstairs. There is also a lot of storage space.

The house is really well (Email Removed After Let) is just off Roman Rd and just a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park. Bow Rd (district line), Mile end (Central Line) and Bow Church are just a 10 minute walk. There is also a Tesco's on your doorstep and the Morgan Arms is a great gastro pub just 5 minutes down the road

I would really love the house to go to people who will look after it and in return whatever problems you have will be dealt with by myself quickly. I would like to have a good relationship with my new tenants going forwards.
