Beautiful ground floor garden flat in a converted period building. Centrally located with easy access to the Northern and Victoria lines while buses also run from nearby into town and down towards Brixton and Clapham. Great cafes and pubs nearby too.

As a couple I would recommend it as a 1 bed flat giving you plenty of living space with a big kitchen/diner and separate living room with a log fire.  2 flat mates could convert the front living room into an extra bedroom with ample communal space in the kitchen for eating and chatting and then you have TV mounts on the walls in both bedrooms.

We have put some astroturf down at the back of the garden to lie on, done some painting, and there is a bit more furniture since we took the photos.  We bought a big chest freezer which was really useful.

The area is really quiet but at the same time has everything.  You are 3-5 mins from a couple of really nice pubs and cafes, two Tesco mini-markets either side and a gym which has a pool at the end of the street.  A bit further afield you can hop on a bus 5 stops south to Brixton which is a really lively part of London with loads going on.  There are a few small parks with tennis courts and football pitches nearby and also a farmers market up at Oval every Saturday.

The neighbors above and on either side are really nice and friendly.
