Room in a Shared Flat, Flat 5, LA1

Hi, I need to find a replacement for an ensuite room in a 7 bed flat. It is a large room with a double bed, tv and all bills are included (including broadband and a tv license). You get an electricity allowance.
It is a very secure compound on China street, with electric gates. It looks like a nice little community of flats and studios in the centre of the city. It is minutes away from the train station and a Sainsburys is just around the corner.
This was an ideal flat for me, but unfortunately I can no longer move to Lancaster so desperately need to find a replacement.
